Grace has led Fernbrook's worship since 2016 with one conviction: the most important sound on Sunday is the congregation, not the band. She builds set lists people can actually sing and trains every tech volunteer from zero.
Off the platform she teaches piano to a dozen Maplewood kids and is slowly convincing the staff that Thursday rehearsal snacks are a ministry.
